13 Months Old

Aren't they sweet? I was trying to take pictures of Jaxon last night, and Sawyer didn't want to be left out. He loves his little brother, but he does not like sharing the spot light. He hates having his picture taken until I start to take Jax's picture.

It looks like Sawyer is just cuddling with his brother, but he was playing a game where he would pull him off the horse and they would wrestle and laugh and then do it again. Boys will be boys.
Jax is 13 months old. He has mastered walking in the last month. He still chooses to crawl sometimes, but he can walk when he wants to. He loves to throw balls, kick balls, or just carry them around. Ball is his favorite word. Other words he likes to say are Mama, Dada, Buba (Sawyer), dog, min min (Jasmine), nana (banana or any food really), more, and duck. He tries to make animal sounds, but they all pretty much sound the same. He will say some letter sounds though if you ask him. He knows a, b, l, m, and sometimes others. He has picked this up from his big brother.
His favorite food is bananas and he calls every food banana. When he wakes up in the morning he gives me a big hug and kiss and then asks for nanas. He has been quite the climber lately. He likes to climb on Sawyer's picnic table and the fireplace. I am constantly putting him on the floor.
He is such a sweet, affectionate baby. Today at the Mac he went up to some lady he didn't know and gave her a big hug. He also really likes to wave hi and bye. He is such a joy!
