Jax is 2!

My baby boy turned 2 last week.

We had his party here last Saturday. It was a construction theme. He loves all things boy including trucks, dirt, and tools, so it seemed like an appropriate theme. Of course we all know he loves his baby doll too. What can I say? He is a well rounded little guy.


The menu for the party was Johnny's pizza, dirt pudding, and cupcakes. It made quite a mess, but it was fun.

It rained for the entire 2 weeks prior to the party, so we weren't sure if we would be able to go outside. The sun ended up coming out and the weather was perfect.

Jax got a new trampoline which he loves despite this pitiful picture. We were even able to pull the water slide out for a little bit.



We asked out guests to bring donations of food for the Children's Home in lieu of gifts. Here is Jax before we dropped off the donations. We are thankful for everyone who brought something.

I am so proud of my big boy 2 year old! I am so thankful that God gave him to us 2 years ago. He is such a blessing to our family.
