Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins! Oh My!

We have been busy Bufkins lately. Justin went to chaperone a science and engineering camp for ninth and tenth graders last week, so Sawyer and I flew to Louisiana to see my parents and brothers. We missed being away from Justin and I know he missed us. As exciting as science camp sounds to you all Justin said it was pretty boring. Sawyer was able to spend time with his Nana, Poppy, Uncle Daniel, and Uncle Matthew. He also got to meet some new aunts, uncles, and cousins. He did well on the plane although he did not enjoy going through security and screamed the whole way. He also thought it would be fun to poop on the plane both times, so mommy could have the experience of changing his diaper in the tiny airplane bathroom.

We got back on Friday and Jon and Kelsey were here. Justin and Jon were in Phil Taylor and Teresa's wedding. We had a great time at the rehearsal dinner and wedding.
What a good uncle!

Hopefully Sawyer won't be too confused having a dad who has a twin.

Of course, we can't forget Auntie Jessica. Sawyer misses her when we are away.

Things are finally starting to get back to normal and now we have to pack again. We are all driving to Colorado on Friday and Satuday. We are going with my parents and grandma. We are not looking forward to the drive, but are excited about the trip. It will be a nice break from the heat of Texas.
